Academic interests

My research interests are within professions and professionalism with a particular focus on digital knowledge, digital competencies, and collaborative processes. My PhD project concerns digital knowledge, competencies in professions at multilevel municipalities. Research questions that I explore in my work concerns what kind of knowledge and competencies, professionals need to meet recent digital developments in the municipalities of health and welfare services.
