Register permission
- Download the EasyPark app to your phone.
- Go to the EasyPark app and search for tariff group "444101 Østfold University College - P2 — student"
- Confirm duration: Semester 2026/2027 (3. aug.2026 - 08. aug.2027)
- Confirm or change payment method (you will not be charged anything as the permission is free).
- Confirm or change vehicle
- Note! If you get the message "This tariff group requires a valid permit", it may be because you are not an active student or have provided a wrong phone number. You MUST contact the Service Centre in Fredrikstad to park.
Changing car number for parking
- You MUST remember to have the correct car during the parking permit when parked. If you have multiple cars and have the "wrong" car active when parking, you will receive a parking violation fee.
- Go to the EasyPark app, go to the menu (three lines), select "My parking" and current: 444101- Østfold University College - P2 - student. Select "Change vehicle". Confirm the vehicle you want to change to;
- Select vehicle from existing vehicles on your profile or roll to the bottom of the page to add new vehicle
Terms and conditions
- The parking permit applies only to 1 car, and only at P2. You must be registered with an ongoing agreement in the app before using the parking.
- You are responsible for having an active agreement, and standing parked with the vehicle listed in the app. It is only possible to enter the tariff group once, at one number, but it is easy to change the car number if you drive another car, see the user manual.
- Parking violation fee that is given due to not entering the correct / forgot to change the car number will not be cancelled.
- You do not need to start parking every morning as long as you have an active agreement. You can see if you have an active permission in the app under "Ongoing".
- The parking permit is valid only during the period August 12, 2024 - August 4, 2025. If you complete your studies, the parking permit will expire without notice.
- It is recommended to turn on push notifications in the app.
