Advisor - PhD programme - Digitalisation and Society
- administration of the programme according to ØUC’s regulations for the PhD degree
- administrative support for the PhD candidates connected to the PhD programme Digitalisation and Society
- answering inquiries about the PhD programme
- contributing to the hiring process of PhD candidates
- administratively managing the admission process of PhD candidates to the PhD programme at ØUC
- coordinating tasks assigned to the programme committees and leadership, including such as appointments of academic staff to the assessment committees, annual progress reports and mid-term evaluations
- contributing to planning courses in Felles Studentsystem (FS), schedules etc.
- other practical issues presented by the PhD candidates
