- Advice on IPR, especially in project contracts
- Advice on external partners' use of our research results, including potential commersialisation projects
Technology transfer at Østfold University College involves all types of transfer of technology, research results, methodology, data etc to partners outside the university.
This may require commercial agreements for sales or licensing, or more scientific collaboration agreements without direct financial compensation.
The function's mandate is to promote the university's social responsibility by having our research results put to use, while safeguarding our own financial, scientific and public position.
