Summary: This book tells the Christmas story seen from the grumpy innkeeper’s point of view. The innkeeper wants to go to sleep, but so many different people knock on his door and keep him awake: Mary and Joseph, three shepherds, three kings……. He goes to the stable, and there he finds them all surrounding a little baby in the manger. The innkeeper’s anger flies away, and he wakes up all the guests at the inn.
