| 12:00 | Walk together to the opening ceremony from Fredrikstad campus If you wish to walk with others to Blå Grotte, there will be a group departure from both the student parking lot at the start of the underpass and outside the main entrance of the campus at 12:00. Look for hosts wearing yellow vests. |
| 12:30-13:15 | Opening Ceremony at Kulturhuset Blå Grotte in Fredrikstad The opening ceremony will be held in beautiful venues in the city center. From the stage, you will be welcomed to the university, the city, and student life here with us. The rector, student leader and the city's mayor will take the stage to deliver their speeches to you and your fellow students. There will also be musical entertainment. |
| 13:15-13:30 | Walk back to campus It's a pleasant little walk of about 15 minutes back to campus. This gives you the opportunity to get to know both the city and your fellow students. Nursing students will remain at Blå Grotte. |
| 13:30-14:00 | Refreshments We will provide a little energy boost and serve a simple lunch to all new students. We offer gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free options. Nursing students will be served at Blå Grotte. |
