Oral exam on campus
Please arrive at the examination venue well in advance.
Remember to bring valid photo identification: a student ID card (not the app), driver’s license, bank card with photo, national ID-card or passport. If you do not provide a valid identification, you cannot take the exam.

Digital oral exam in Zoom
You must present a valid photo identification: a student ID card (not the app), driver’s license, bank card with photo, national ID-card or passport. If you do not provide a valid identification, you cannot take the exam.
The link to the digital examination room will be shared with the candidates. Check the scheduled timetable (Canvas or WISEflow) and test the link well in advance of the exam.
When you open the link to the digital examination room on the day of the exam, you will be directed to a waiting room. The examination committee will admit you to the meeting room when they are ready.
To take a digital oral examination, you will need:
- Your own PC or Mac
- A stable internet connection
- A headset with a microphone
- A webcam (the room must be well lit, and your face must be clearly visible)
- A suitable location (free from interruptions and disturbances)
- A mobile phone, as important messages during the exam may be sent by SMS, or you may be called if you are unable to log in or if your internet connection fails
NB! You are responsible for testing all equipment before the examination. Any time lost due to technical problems with your equipment will not be compensated for.
As a backup solution, you should also install the corresponding meeting app on your mobile phone before the oral exam.
