You can order your transcript of records (academic transcript) through Studentweb or share your academic results via the Diploma Registry (Vitnemålsportalen).
Log in to the Diploma Registry
The digital signature on a digital transcript of records is just as valid as a stamp and handwritten signature on a paper transcript.
- You can read more about verifying the digital signature on the Felles studentsystem (FS) website.
- The transcript can be issued in Bokmål, Nynorsk, or English.
- The transcript shows all courses you have passed at Østfold University of Applied Sciences (HiØ).
- You may decide for yourself how to share the transcript with others; however, please note that it contains your national identity number.
Order your transcript in studentweb
You can order your transcript with a digital signature through Studentweb:
- Log in using your HiØ username and password or via ID-porten.
- Go to the "Orders" menu.
- Select the "Transcript of records with digital signature" tab.
- Click the "Order" button.
Your transcript will be available under "Documents" in Studentweb after approximately 10 minutes.
Share your academic results via the Diploma Registry
The Diploma Registry (Vitnemålsportalen) is a secure public service.
If employers, educational institutions abroad, or others require access to your results from Østfold University of Applied Sciences, you can share them through the Diploma Registry:
- If you are still a student, you can log in using your HiØ username and password (Feide).
- If you are no longer a student, you can also log in using ID-porten (MinID, BankID, etc.).
To some extent, you may choose to exclude certain courses from the results you share.
NB! Qualifications completed before 1995 may contain omissions or inaccuracies in the Diploma Registry. This is due to limitations in the transfer of data from older systems.
