International degree students:
You are expected to by on campus by the start of the semester and in time to attend all mandatory lectures and activities. It is important that you inform your department and/or programme of the date of your arrival if you are not able to attend mandatory meetings and/or lessons. In some cases, a late arrival might result in the loss of your study spot.
Exchange students:
A mandatory introductory meeting is arranged by the International Office at the beginning of each semester for all new incoming exchange students. Any exchange student that is unable to attend this mandatory meeting must inform the International Office in advance of the meeting and arrange for a time to meet with the International Office to get the necessary information covered in the meeting. All exchange students must be on campus by the time their classes start as to not miss any mandatory meetings and/or lessons.
