Susana has been part of the research group Advanced Materials, led by professor Anna-Lena Kjøniksen, and are also connected to University of Malaga, Spain. She conducted her phd work in the research project Micro-Encapsulated Phase Change Materials in Concrete, financed by the Research Council of Norway.
