About the Department
The Department of Nursing, Health and laboratory science is one of two departments within the Faculty of Health, Welfare and Organisation.
The department has approximately 1,000 students and 75 employees. The department offers Bachelor's degrees in laboratory science, paramedics and nursing. The department offers Master's degree in clinical nursing; advanced clinical general nursing, anesthesia nursing, intensive care nursing and surgical nursing. Furthermore, the department offers further education in emergency nursing.
The department has an active professional environment with a great commitment to teaching and research.
