Group rooms can be booked on weekdays from 08.00 - 22.00. Additionally, group rooms outside the library can be booked on Saturdays and Sundays from 08.00 - 22.00. Beds in Sim Fredrikstad can be booked on weekdays from 16.00 - 22.00.
Halden
Group rooms can be booked every day from 08.00 - 22.00.
Guidelines for students:
- It is possible to book 4 hours per day and 30 days in advance. There is a limit of 25 hours in total within a 30-day period.
- If you no longer need the room, it is important that you delete your reservation as soon as possible so that others can use the room.
- If you have not arrived at the room 15 minutes after the reservation time has started, others will have the opportunity to take over the room for the entire reservation period.
- Exception: If the room is reserved by a faculty member, the faculty member must be contacted before the room is taken over. The room may be intended for teaching and the faculty member may be delayed.
- There is no prohibition against reserving a room alone, but please use common sense. If you want to sit alone, there are also places around the building, including dedicated study rooms.
- It is also important to be early. If you reserve on the same day, there is a high chance that all rooms are occupied. Statistics show that there are many available rooms/times one week in advance.
