The study program gives you the opportunity to develop your pedagogical practice together with colleagues. You will work with concrete teaching situations, reflect on your own practice and develop skills that make you better able to plan, implement and improve teaching and supervision. The study follows UiR Universities Norway national guidelines for basic university pedagogical competence.
Content and organisation
The study comprises 10 credits and runs over two semesters. It is designed as a combination of physical meetings and webinars with required course work in between, where you work closely with colleagues to develop your competence as a teacher. Participation requires employment at or agreement with Østfold University College, and it is recommended that a minimum of ten percent of working hours be set aside for participation in the study.
