PhD candidate Abdul Ghafoor Nizamani is approaching the completion of his doctoral work. The dissertation is titled “Green Sponge Buildings: Enhancing Stormwater Management Through Green Walls Technology.”
In line with the regulations for HiØ’s PhD program (HERE), there will be 90% seminar on 27 October 2026 from 13:00 to 15:00 in room H232 on the Fredrikstad campus.
The seminar is compulsory and is intended to give the candidate the opportunity to present and discuss his own scientific work. The thesis will be discussed by an external peer reviewer (Professor Mina Di Marino from NMBU) and the candidate. The principal supervisor (Associate Professor Geir Torgersen) will chair this discussion. Other PhD candidates, managers, and colleagues are especially invited to attend the session.
