Our first physical workshop will take place at Umeå University, Sweden.
Day 1 will focus on activities to foster the particpants' understanding of their school as an organisation - the context in which digtial transformation is happening. We will also analyse data from our core group members' schools who used the SELFIE tool to map their schools' digital maturity and show how SELFIE for schools can be used to map your school and identify fields for digtial school development.
Day 2 is going to be very interesting and engaging: together the particpants will develop future scenarioes - so this is not only about reacting to change but to be proactive and foresee future challenges related to digital transformation.
The Nordplus project will invite you for lunch and coffee during the day. You will have to cover travel expenses and dinner yourself.
