In July, the university college buildings are only accessible to employees and students with a valid access card.
Access with an Access Card (Student Card/Employee Card)
HiØ students have access to common areas at the Fredrikstad and Halden campuses every day from 06:00 to 23:00.
HiØ employees have access to designated areas and common areas at the Fredrikstad and Halden campuses every day from 06:00 to 23:00.
Access Cards (Student Cards/Employee Cards)
Access cards are personal and must be kept secure. Your PIN code must be kept confidential. Use of access cards is logged for emergency preparedness and security purposes, and the data is automatically deleted after a short period.
You are not permitted to lend your access card to anyone else.
Do not allow unauthorised persons into locked or access-controlled areas. Students and employees may be held responsible for the actions of persons they allow into such areas.
If your access card is lost, you must immediately notify the Service Centre so that the card can be blocked and you can order a replacement.
