Activating you new user account
When you are registered as a new student or new employee, a user account will automatically be created and you will receive an email when it is ready for activation.
Change of name
If you have changed your name, address, or phone number, it is important that this is updated in the student system. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is correct.

About logging in to Student Web or Søknadsweb after end of studies
After the final student diploma / grade transcript is sent from the student system, you no longer have an active user account. You have to use electronic ID, such as BankID, to log in to StudentWeb and check your exam results and your student status. If you have questions about study information in StudentWeb, contact Student services at your campus.
