This spring, Østfold University of Applied Sciences (HiØ) welcomes two Erasmus+ Global exchange students, Rachchelle Phadvas Padmanaban from India and Yin-Shi Weng from Taiwan. Both are studying at Campus Fredrikstad through HiØ's partnerships with PSG College of Technology in India and National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan.
