Project type
Bilateral Cooperation
Goal
The project goals involve a series of eligible activities that are essential for strengthening bilateral relations and increasing cooperation between Østfold University in Norway and University Politehnica Timisoara in Romania, with a special focus on the green transition. The first set of activities includes a kick-off meeting held in Norway, which will create both formal and informal frameworks for participants to get to know each other, discuss project objectives, and establish roles and responsibilities. This type of meeting is crucial for building a solid foundation of mutual trust and understanding between partners.
Additionally, the planned workshops and training sessions will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices between faculty members, researchers, and industry representatives from both countries. Through case study presentations and visits to Norwegian companies that work with renewable energy, energy storage systems and energy efficiency, participants will better understand the challenges and solutions in the green transition field. These activities are essential for encouraging intercultural dialogue and stimulating long-term collaboration.
