Looking for a way to get to know people in a safe and easy way without having to meet up physically?

EXPO is an annual event arranged by the Department of Engineering, where all the bachelor projects of our graduating students in the engineering programs and innovation and project management are presented.

This day will be a solemn celebration for graduating students in IT, economics and international communication.

The purpose with the writing seminars are to help researchers to bring research to articles (level 1 and 2). This year's theme is State of the art research on green business models.  The IRG Writing Seminar 2022 is made with the co-operation and assistance of the Greenbizz project.

In the days 23-35 May, there is an international focus on the Faculty of Health, Welfare and Organization (HVO).

Studieverkstedet invites you to a social evening were you can get some guidance from the student assistants. The event take place in Studieverkstedet in the liberary in Halden and in Fredrikstad.

RIOT Science Club has startet a Norwegian chapter led by associate professor Tamara Kalandadze. The first seminar by RIOT Science Club Norway will be held on October 25th.

IRG joining forces with the other research groups part of the new Institute of economy, innovation and society in the new arena for discussing research in the R&D lunch.

The R&D lunch is about strengthening the Master Digital economy and sustainable development initiative bringing forward relevant research and researchers.

In the survey “Helt Ærlig” which was sent out to students during the pandemic this spring, the response from participants from Østfold University College shows that 48% of the students miss being with others, 29% of the students feel left out, 44% of the students feel isolated from others and 52% of the students say that they have chronic sleep problems. 

And a total of 48% of the students say that they have serious psychological issues.
