Employee cards
You must use your employee card in order to be able to print, copy or scan. The employee card is also an access card that gives you access to the university college's premises and to the classrooms and office wings you need to access. You can obtain an employee card at the Service Square.

Keys
All employees have a key to their office. The academic staff also have a key to the classrooms. You shall sign both when you collect and return keys. Your manager will order keys from the Service Square by email well in advance of your first working day.
