Academic interests
My main research interests are at the intersection of HRM, organizational / corporate branding, and employee voice. I explore the ways that reputation management and organizational branding affect organization's HRM approach and how this relationships is perceived by employees. In my PhD project I especially highlight how this unfolds in public sector organizations, particularly hospitals and upper secondary schools. In addition I am interested in other aspects of HRM systems, e.g. performance appraisal and rating of employees, and other control-oriented HRM practices.
