Ph.D project

I am currently employed as a Doctoral Research Fellow while working with the project “A Virtual Reality Intervention for Children with Autism”. The project aims at giving children and adolescents with autism an opportunity to practice on social situations in a virtual environment - using Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Our contributions to the research field consist of acceptability data on such technology, review articles, a conceptual framework for VR using evidence based methods, teacher evaluations of implementation of VR-technology in schools, and empirical testing of a VR-intervention for enhancing social skills. 

Project leader and main supervisor is professor Anders Nordahl-Hansen.
