Since both students and staff have a more physical presence than before,  there will be offered rapid tests both at the Halden campus and at the Fredrikstad campus. We encourage everyone to get tested, including those vaccinated, as they can also be carriers of the virus.

We have been looking forward to this. We are now reopening the campuses for our students. Campus Halden opens on Thursday 18 February. Campus Fredrikstad opens on Friday 19 February. Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to open the Fredrikstad campus before Friday 19 February since Fredrikstad municipality has asked the Government to have Thursday 18 February to consider its own measures.

All guidelines will be continued through February 17, 2021.

Due to the outbreak of the mutated variant of the virus in the Østfold region, Halden municipality is set in zone 1 and Fredrikstad municipality is set in zone 2. This means that the campus must be closed. Read what this will mean for you as a student and employee.

To stop the outbreak of the English virus mutation in Nordre Follo, the government has decided that from Saturday 23 January at At 12.00, very strict measures will be introduced in a total of 25 eastern municipalities.  10 municipalities is placed in "Ring 1" and 15 municipalities in "Ring 2".
