We are looking forward to the upcoming Østfold AI Hub meeting "inputs for SFF proposal".
ØAI and HiØ wish to apply for a Center of Excellence (SFF) on the topic of 'AI and Education' in 2025/2026. A writing group has currently been established from ØAI, and everyone is welcome to participate and provide input on what a Center of Excellence in AI and Education could include.
In addition to the main topic, we have set aside time for participants to share updates on new projects or initiatives.
Bring your lunch and we will meet from 11.30 to catch up. Coffee and cake will be served at the meeting from 12.00.
Everything from reading instruction for students using alternative and augmentative communication to noise-reducing technology for autistic students is being explored in the new projects. Get to know the doctoral research fellows in DeveLeP and their groundbreaking work that will shape the learning environments of the future.

DeveLeP is an interdisciplinary research group with a broad focus on topics related to neurodevelopmental disorders, learning and psychological processes. The research group is led by Professor Anders Nordahl-Hansen together with Professor Anders Dechsling, both employed at the Special Education section at Østfold University College. Special Education constitutes a significant part of the research group's profile, but the group's composition, where all the college's faculties are represented, has a number of projects that focus on fields such as psychology, psychiatry, e-health research, social education, and Human-Computer Interaction
