AI Network

The AI Network research group has the overarching goal of promoting the responsible integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, physical education, sports coaching, as well as in ethical governance and innovation across sectors. The group aims to strengthen research competence in the field and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices for the use of AI in these socially relevant areas.

Call for Contribution to an Edited Volume

The research group is anchored in LUSP’s strategic plan and supports the faculty’s goal of strengthening research in digitalisation, technology, and society. The group contributes to both the faculty’s and Østfold University College’s broader commitment and strategic area The Digital Society. It builds on existing initiatives such as the Østfold AI Hub and several ongoing and planned Research Council of Norway-funded projects – AI4AfL, AI-EXCAfL, ACE-TL21, and ENACT (text in Norwegian) – and forms a central part of HiØ’s growing AI ecosystem.
