DigiHealth promotes exploratory and critical analyses of how digitalization affect the health and welfare sector,  and how implementation of new technology is experienced by stakeholders in the health, welfare, education and employment sectors. 

Formålet med denne studien er å utforske pasienters bruk og aksept av hjemmemåling av blodtrykk med fokus på determinanter basert på “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology” (UTAUT 2) modellen. Pasienter dokumentert diagnostisert med hypertensjon rekrutteres via pasientorganisasjoner Sverige og Norge.

The purpose of this study is to explore patients’ views about use and acceptance of home blood pressure monitoring with focus on key determinants derived from Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT 2) model. Patients with diagnosed hypertension documented in their health care records will be recruited through patients’ organisations in Sweden and Norway.

What do we lose and what do we gain from digitising our collective welfare state infrastructure? How do material conditions, technology and digitalisation affect the quality and performance of welfare services? How can science and technology studies contribute to the theoretical, methodological and analytical development of the social sciences?

ExTraSim studien er et forskningsprosjekt som søker å evaluere den potensielle effekten av et digital undervisningsopplegg og simuleringstrening på akutt håndtering av postpartum blødning (PPB). Prosjektet er et samarbeid mellom Høgskolen i Østfold, Sykehuset Østfold, firmaet ExAc, og fremtidige samarbeidsparter fra et lavinntekstland.

The ExTraSim study is a research project to assess the potential impact of a digital learning program and simulation training on the emergency treatment of postpartum haemorrhage (PPH). The research collaboration includes partners from the department of health, welfare and organisation at Østfold University College, Østfold Hospital Trust, the firm ExAc and future collaborators located in a developmental country (location not decided at this time).

Dette forskningsprosjektet fokuserer på digitalisering i helsetjenesten, og utforsker sykepleiere, sykepleielærere og sykepleiestudenters perspektiver på den digitale utviklingen i primærhelsetjenesten.

Prosjektet er et samarbeid mellom deltagere ved Høgskolen i Østfold, Sykehuset Østfold, Karlstads Universitet og Högskolan i Skövde.  

This project is related to the digitalisation of health services, and an exploration of nurses’, nursing students’ and nursing teachers’ perceptions on the digital transformation of health services. The research collaboration includes partners from the Østfold University College, Østfold Hospital Trust, Oslo Metropolitan University, Karlstad University in Sweden and Central Catalonia Innovation and Research Primary Care Unit in Spain.

Formålet med dette forskningsprosjektet er å utforske hvordan automatisk datahøsting og digitale løsninger påvirker kliniske observasjoner og peroperativ årvåkenhet for endringer i pasientens tilstand blant anestesipersonell.

Prosjektet er et samarbeid mellom deltagere fra Høgskolen i Østfold, OsloMet og Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge.

The purpose of this project is to explore how the use of automatic data harvesting and digital solutions affects the clinical observations and peroperative vigilance for changes in the patient’s condition by anesthesia personnel.

The research collaboration includes partners from the Østfold University College, Østfold Hospital Trust, Oslo Metropolitan University and the University of Southeastern Norway. 

The CACOV study is a collaboration between researchers at the department of health, welfare and organisation at Østfold University College, and project collaborators at the cancer department at Østfold Hospital.  

CaCOV- studien er et samarbeid mellom forskere ved fakultet for helse, velferd og organisasjon ved Høgskolen i Østfold, Kreftforeningen og prosjektdeltagere fra kreftavdelingen ved Sykehuset Østfold.

The project’s main goal is to contribute to a higher-quality of daily life for residents in a nursing home, as well as to increase involvement, understanding and satisfaction from relatives, employees and students through the introduction of person-centered care and security- and coping-creating technology. 

Prosjektets hovedmålsetting er å bidra til et kvalitativt godt hverdagsliv for beboere med demens, pårørende, ansatte og studenter i sykehjem gjennom å innføre personsentrert omsorg og trygghets- og mestringsskapende teknologi.

I dette forskningsprosjektet ser vi på muligheten for å utvikle systemer for beslutningsstøtte basert på maskinlæring for flere deler av helsevesenet. Prosjektet er et samarbeidsprosjekt mellom Høgskolen i Østfold, Høgskolan i Borås og en rekke partnere innen helsevesenet på begge sider av grensen.
