DigiEd promotes research that uses educational theory til analyze how technology changes learning processes and knowledge, and explores how digitalization affects the field of education.

The main objective of this project is to investigate therapist guided internet-delivered treatments for patients suffering from depressive disorder.

Målet med dette prosjektet er å gjennomføre og evaluere en sosial ferdighetsintervensjon ved bruk av hodemonterte skjermer for barn og ungdom med autismespektrumforstyrrelse.

Østfold University College, Volda University College, Halden Municipality and Hypatia Learning AS will jointly implement the project "Artificial intelligence for assessment for learning to strengthen learning and teaching in the 21st century".

Høgskolen i Østfold, Høgskulen i Volda, Halden kommune og Hypatia Learning AS skal sammen gjennomføre prosjektet «Kunstig intelligens for vurdering for læring for å styrke læring og undervisning i det 21. århundre». 

The research group belongs to The Department of Natural Sciences, Practical-Aesthetic, Social and Religious Studies, a part of the Faculty of Teacher Education and Languages.

Prosjektets mål er å utvikle prestasjonene til cybersikkerhetsspesialister ved å indentifisere ulike perspektiver som biologiske forutsetninger, atferdsmønstere og nødvendig kunnskap og kompetanse. Les mer på prosjektets hjemmeside. 

The project objective is to advance the performance of the cybersecurity (CS) specialist by identifying possible improvements from three different perspectives: 1) considering the human as a biological entity, 2) analyzing behaviour patterns of the person; and 3) addressing the necessary knowledge and skills of the cybersecurity specialist.

SIMTEK is an interprofessional research group from the health and welfare education programs at HiØ. Our main goal is to explore the design, quality assurance, and implementation of methods that foster knowledge and competence development. Through research on the use of simulation and technology, we prepare students and professionals to meet the needs of the future.

SIMTEK er en tverrprofesjonell forskergruppe fra helse- og velferdsutdanningene ved HiØ. Vår hovedmålsetning er å utforske design, kvalitetssikring og implementering av metoder som engasjerer til kunnskaps- og kompetanseutvikling. Gjennom forskning på bruk av simulering og teknologi forbereder vi studenter og yrkesutøvere til å møte fremtidens behov.

DigiEd encourages research that utilizes educational theory to analyse how digitalisation transforms the processes of learning and knowledge and to assess the impact of digitalisation on education.

DigiEd analyserer hvordan teknologi endrer læringsprosesser og kunnskap, og utforsker hvordan digitalisering påvirker utdanningsfeltet.
